Capacity of Banquet Hall – The banquet hall can host 500 to 700 guests. It can be partitioned into three halls based on your requirement. The banquet hall has a lobby. It can be combined with an open courtyard which has its own small hall. The banquet hall can also be combined with one of the halls.
Capacity of Banquet Hall + Wedding Lawn – It is good enough for a gathering of around 2500 people.
Wedding Lawn – Calista has two wedding lawns. Wedding Lawn 1 can hold up to 1000 people. Wedding Lawn 2 can hold up to 1200 people.
Catering – In house catering is provided. It does not allow caterers from outside.
Outside Catering – Not allowed.
Cuisine – Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine are available. Vegetarian food cost starts at Rs 1850 per plate. Non Vegetarian food starts at Rs 2050 per plate.
Alcohol – Outside alcohol is allowed.
Decoration – The in house décor team provides decoration as per your choice. You can get the decoration done as per your choice. The venue does not allow outside decorators. Decoration starts at Rs 50000.
DJ – Outside DJ is not allowed. Royalty is not applicable. DJ cost starts at Rs 15000
Timing – Venue is available from 10 AM to 4.30 PM and 7 PM to 12:30 AM. Venue closes at 1:00 AM.
Parking – Parking for 800 cars is available. Valet service is also provided at the venue.
Advance Payment – You need to pay 25% of approximate billing amount as advance. In case you cancel the event, the advance will be refunded. However this policy is subject to change.
