It has a water proof banquet hall erected on the lawn. The venue can accommodate up to 1500 guests. The decoration is very elegant with silver waterfall, crystal chandeliers and the delicate wood details. A variety of delicious cuisines are served at the venue. Package starts at Rs 1000 per plate for vegetarian menu and Rs 1200 per plate for non vegetarian menu. You can also choose a menu of your choice. Outside caterers are also allowed by Nandanvan Farm. Charges for decoration, lighting, security etc are extra which comes at around Rs 3 Lacs for a wedding function including venue rental. These prices are negotiable. Seating Capacity of Banquet Hall – The venue has one marriage banquet hall cum pandal erected on a large party lawn. The hall is beautifully decorated. It can accommodate 800 people in seating and 1500 in floating.
Catering – You can bring your own caterer for your wedding function. If required in house catering can be provided by a team of culinary experts with a wide range and variety of menu. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served.
Outside Catering – Outside catering is allowed by the venue.
Cuisine – A wide range of vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available Package starts at Rs 1000 per plate for vegetarian food and Rs 1200 per plate for non vegetarian food. Depending upon the menu the per plate rate will go up.
Alcohol – The venue serves alcohol. Outside alcohol is also allowed for which you will be required to get a permit.
Decoration – The in house décor team provides decoration. Outside decorators are not allowed. Decoration cost is around Rs 3 Lacs which includes decoration, security, flower decoration and venue rental etc. It is assumed that you will bring your own caterer.
DJ – In house DJ is provided. Outside DJ is not permitted.
Timing – Venue is available from 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM.
Advance Payment – The venue charges 25% of approximate billing amount as advance. In case you cancel the event, the advance will not be refunded.
