The banquet halls are named as Oyster Green (total capacity of 1000 guests), Oakwood Lawn (total capacity of 1000 guests), Grand Ballroom (total capacity of 450 guests), Empress Court (total capacity of 300 guests), Liverpool Terminal Lawn (total capacity of 250 guests) and Central Courtyard Lawn (total capacity of 150 guests). The Grand Ballroom at Trivoli Garden Resort Hotel is a magnificent banquet hall with the most modern facilities. It is suitable for any event whether it is an intimate wedding function or a corporate event. Baarat, Hawan and Overnight Weddings are allowed. Alcohol is served at the venue. Seating Capacity of Banquet Halls and Party Lawns – The venue has four banquet halls and two party lawns. Two of the halls can be combined with lawns. Oyster Green (hall plus lawn) can seat 650 guests and has capacity of 1000 in floating. Oakwood Lawn (hall plus lawn) can also seat 650 guests and has capacity of 1000 in floating. Grand Ballroom can seat 300 guests and has capacity of 450 in floating. Empress Court can seat 200 guests and has capacity of 300 in floating. Liverpool Terminal Lawn can seat 150 guests and has capacity of 250 in floating. Central Courtyard Lawn can seat 75 guests and has capacity of 150 in floating.

Catering – In house catering is provided by a team of culinary experts with a wide range and variety of menu. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served.

Outside Catering – Outside catering is not allowed by the venue.

Cuisine – A wide range of vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available Package starts at Rs 1950 per plate for vegetarian food and Rs 2050 per plate for non vegetarian food.

Alcohol – The venue serves alcohol. Outside alcohol is also allowed for which you will be required to get a permit.

Decoration – The in house décor team provides decoration. Outside decorators are no allowed. Decoration cost starts at Rs 150000.

DJ – In house DJ is provided.

Timing – Venue is available from 10 AM to 05:00 PM and 7 PM to 01:00 AM in morning.

Advance Payment – The venue charges 25% of approximate billing amount as advance. In case you cancel the event, the advance will not be refunded.

Parking Capacity – Ample parking space is available for 400 vehicles.
